Can I sync data between devices?

No, data synchronization is not available. Each device maintains its own separate data to ensure maximum privacy. This means your progress on one device won't appear on another.

I forgot to check in, can I add past days?

The app is designed to encourage daily mindful check-ins. While you cannot modify past entries, you can continue your journey from today. Remember, progress isn't always linear!

How do notifications work?

You can set up optional daily reminders to check in. These notifications are completely local to your device and can be customized or disabled at any time in your device settings. We don't send any push notifications from servers.
